Welcome to St. Mel School! My name is Nicole Cowles. Here is a little about myself and my St. Mel School journey! I started working for St. Mel School in 2014 as an Extension Aide for 6 years. In 2017, I accepted the position as the 2nd and 1st-grade aide along with working in Extension in the afternoons. In 2021, I accepted the position of Extension Director. In 2020, My husband and I welcomed our daughter, Payton who was born with Down Syndrome. We also have a beautiful German Shepard named Nala. My favorite activities include art, reading, and a great hike! I have been dedicated to St. Mel School for a total of 8 years and counting! In those 8 years, I have been blessed to call the St. Mel community my family. I’m excited to start this new chapter as the Extension Director for St. Mel School. I enjoy helping each child grow, learn, and succeed! Can’t wait to watch your children grow into the best versions of themselves at St. Mel School!
