I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, attending UCSB before graduating from Sacramento State. My career in education began at St. Mel in the Extension Program, followed by 3.5 years at the St. Mel Preschool.
I am now in my fourth year teaching second grade, with nearly a decade of experience working with children. As a proud St. Mel alum, my roots in this community run deep. I have two older brothers and four younger brothers, and my dad’s career in the Army gave me the opportunity to live in many different states and even another country.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, swimming, traveling, and planning my wedding for summer 2026. I’m grateful to be part of such a wonderful school community and to share my love of learning with my students each day.
